Happy Monday! I hope all the moms had a wonderful day celebrating Mother's Day! Tanner made me his first art project and it is hanging proudly on the refrigerator. Now I understand just how precious handmade cards and projects really are!
This week it is our turn to show just what we are made of! Math PARCC testing will be happening for the duration of this week, with the exception of Wednesday. Students will have no written homework this week but, are expected to read at least 20 minutes each night. It is important for students to go to bed early, get a good nights sleep, eat a healthy breakfast and arrive at school on time.
Several permission slips have gone home regarding end of the year activities. Please sign and return asap.
A lot of you have inquired about the West Region test. Due to testing and our schedule, the West test will be next week, our off week, when our schedule is back to normal. We will continue to review as often as we can in class. Flashcards of states and capitals will be sent home this week.
